On June 9th, 2022, Scott Electric held a Grand Opening Celebration at the Cleveland branch in Cuyahoga Heights.
The outdoor event was held on a beautiful day in Cleveland, but there was some light rain and clouds before setup. The vendors that participated in the Vendor Show were very patient as we waited for the weather to clear, and we appreciate their support and participation. The Vendor Show began at 10 am and included 15 vendor partners who are manufacturers and rep agencies from the various product lines that we stock and over six Scott Electric specialty divisions. The Scott Electric Welcome Table provided coffee and donuts, free mugs and bags, and raffle tickets for the hourly prize drawings and the vendor round-robin raffle. Inside, many customers took advantage of the Grand Opening specials offered at the Counter.
Lunch kicked off at 11 am with delicious food from two local food trucks: Betty’s Bombass Burgers and Wholly Frijoles Mexican Street Food. Special thanks to Siemens, the food sponsor for the event, and Milwaukee Tools, the beverage sponsor.
At 12:30, there was a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. Dylan Shaler, Business Development Manager, introduced Cuyahoga Heights Mayor Jack Bacci along with the management team from Scott Electric:
Bob Coletta briefly spoke about Scott Electric and the importance of the Cleveland branch and market to the success of Scott Electric. Chaz Boggs had the honor of cutting the ribbon. Please watch the video that highlights the festivities.
Scott Electric is proud to be a member of the Cleveland business community, and we look forward to serving our customers and helping them grow their businesses now and in the future.
